Individual psychotherapy & art therapy sessions support your healing, growth, and change. Individual therapy sessions may incorporate mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and trauma-sensitive yoga.
Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions
Yoga and mindfulness consultation sessions promote mind-body ease, adaptive sleep routines, physical health, and overall wellness. Specialty prenatal and postnatal sessions are available upon request.
Perinatal Wellbeing Package
Three telehealth or, post-COVID, in-home sessions to promote wellbeing, mental health, and ease during the perinatal season. Sessions will incorporate mindful yoga movement, meditation, and reflection.
