Yoga & Mindfulness Sessions

Yoga and mindfulness consultation sessions promote mind-body ease, adaptive sleep routines, physical health, and overall wellness. Specialty prenatal and postnatal sessions are available upon request. 

Perinatal Wellbeing Package

Three in-home or in-office sessions to promote wellbeing, mental health, and ease during the perinatal season. The package includes one prenatal and two postnatal sessions to encourage maternal self-care and self-keeping. Sessions will incorporate mindful yoga movement, meditation, and reflection. 

Individual psychotherapy & art therapy sessions support your healing, growth, and change. Individual therapy sessions may incorporate mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, trauma-sensitive yoga, and Internal Family Systems-based reflection. 

 Wilder Mountain Wellness was created on the stolen territorial lands of the Arapaho, Cheyenne, Núu-agha-tʉvʉ-pʉ̱ (Ute), and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux) people.
