My name is Kylie Hibshman, and I am a clinical social worker and a registered yoga instructor. 

I specialize in supporting women, infants & families during the perinatal season


My clinical mental health practice is rooted in a firm belief in the innate human capacity for healing, alongside a deep commitment to dismantling systems that perpetuate harm and oppression in our community. 

I bring a commitment to cultural humility, feminist theory, and strengths-based practices into my work. I aim to provide affirming services to clients within a variety of family structures and within the LGBTQ+ community/ies.

I work to equip my clients with the tools to experience, navigate, and embrace that which life brings. 




Individual psychotherapy sessions support your healing, growth, and change. Individual therapy sessions may incorporate mindfulness techniques, art therapy exercises, trauma-sensitive yoga, and Internal Family Systems-based reflection. 


Family therapy sessions focus on strengthening family relationships, promoting parent-child interaction, healing from past family experiences, and supporting young child development. Counseling sessions may incorporate Circle of Security parenting content, mindfulness exercises, and family art therapy activities to promote healing and relational resilience.


Yoga and mindfulness consultation sessions promote mind-body ease, adaptive sleep routines, physical health, and overall wellness. Specialty prenatal and postnatal sessions are available upon request. 


Three in-home or in-office sessions to promote wellbeing, mental health, and ease during the perinatal season. The package includes one prenatal and two postnatal sessions to encourage maternal self-care and self-keeping. Sessions will incorporate mindful yoga movement, meditation, and reflection.
